Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces white fish fillets cod, haddock, or tilapia
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs large, beaten
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Place flour in one dish and whisk eggs with milk in another.
  3. Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with Parmesan-panko mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook fish 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately with parsley garnish and lemon wedges.
