Ingredients
  

Steak Bites
  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and optional paprika and red pepper flakes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  3. Place steak cubes in air fryer basket in a single layer and cook 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Transfer cooked steak to a bowl and toss with garlic butter.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
