For the best texture, use a smooth full-fat mayonnaise. The sauce can be served as a dip, drizzle, sandwich spread, or finishing sauce for grilled and smoked meats. Keep refrigerated in a clean airtight container and discard if it develops an unusual odor, color, or texture.
