- Cook noodles and set aside.
- Brown ground beef with onion, drain grease. Stir in marinara, ketchup, and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Cook bacon until crispy and crumble.
- Mix ricotta with 1/2 cup mozzarella.
- Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mix, bacon, and cheddar in baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with mozzarella and cheddar.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with bacon or pickles if desired.
