Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil, then brown the beef.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salsa, tomato paste and simmer.
- Mix in cheeses and cilantro.
- Fill warmed tortillas, roll tightly and place seam-side down.
- Brush with oil and bake 18–22 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp.
