Ingredients
  

Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea
  • 4-5 tea bags Earl Grey tea or 2 tbsp loose leaf
  • 1 cup cherries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar or honey adjust to taste
  • 1-1.5 cups milk any type
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 0.5 cup tapioca pearls optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Simmer cherries, water, and sugar until soft and syrupy.
  2. Steep Earl Grey tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine cherry syrup with brewed Earl Grey.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Add tapioca pearls to glasses if using.
  6. Serve over ice or warm.
