  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. ????
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. ????
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth. ????
