Ingredients
  

Banana Split Base
  • 2 bananas peeled and split lengthwise
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
  • 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
  • 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 3 tbsp strawberry topping
  • 3 tbsp crushed pineapple topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 3 maraschino cherries

Equipment

  • Banana split dish
  • Ice cream scoop
  • Serving spoon
  • Whipped cream piping bag

Method
 

  1. Peel bananas and slice them lengthwise.
  2. Place banana halves along the sides of a banana split dish.
  3. Add vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream scoops between the bananas.
  4. Top each scoop with its corresponding sauce.
  5. Add generous whipped cream over each scoop.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the whipped cream.
  7. Finish with maraschino cherries.
  8. Serve immediately while cold and fresh.
