Method
 

  1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until mixed.
  5. Grease waffle iron lightly and pour batter evenly.
  6. Cook waffles for 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
