Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
- Melt butter and chocolate until smooth.
- Whisk sugars, eggs and vanilla, then mix in melted chocolate.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
- Bake 30–35 minutes and cool completely.
- Toast kataifi with butter until crisp and combine with pistachio cream.
- Spread pistachio mixture over cooled brownies.
- Top with strawberries, drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with pistachios.
- Chill 30 minutes before slicing.
