Ingredients
  

Oreo Base
  • 36 Oreo cookies regular, not Double Stuf
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cream Filling
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • orange gel food coloring to tint filling
Decorations
  • Halloween sprinkles optional
  • mini chocolate chips optional
  • white chocolate drizzle optional

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter.
  2. Spread the Oreo mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add orange food coloring.
  4. Spread filling evenly over Oreo layer, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
  5. Roll up tightly using parchment paper, then wrap and chill for 1–2 hours.
  6. Slice and garnish with sprinkles, chocolate drizzle, or decorations.
