Ingredients
  

Chicken & Sauce
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.7 oz packet Italian dressing mix
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika optional, for color
Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice white or jasmine
  • 1 tbsp butter optional, for flavor

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  2. Whisk in cream of chicken soup, broth, cream cheese, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish or slow cooker and pour sauce over top.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 35–40 minutes or slow cook on Low for 4–5 hours until tender.
  5. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with paprika or Parmesan.
