Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or skillet.
  2. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese and crab meat gently.
  5. Spread mixture into dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Best served warm with crackers or toasted bread. Do not overmix crab meat.
