  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender.

  5. Cook in skillet until golden and cheese is melted.
