Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup corn drained
  • 1 cup black beans rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and season with taco seasoning.
  3. Mix pasta, beef, tomatoes, corn, beans, and cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine dressing with salad and toss well.
  6. Chill before serving for best flavor.
