  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos Nacho Cheese flavor

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water per package directions; simmer until thickened.
  4. Prep toppings: shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, shred cheese.
  5. Assemble bowls starting with rice, then taco meat.
  6. Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and sour cream.
  7. Crush Doritos and sprinkle over each bowl before serving.
