Ingredients
  

Alfredo Sauce
  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg optional

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and whisk in Parmesan cheese slowly until smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using.
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes until thickened and serve immediately.
