- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
- Mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook onion until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Season beef with paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in sweet and smoked paprika.
- Place pasta in serving bowls and top with garlic yogurt sauce.
- Add seasoned beef and drizzle with paprika butter.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
