Ingredients
  

Beef Filling
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Sliders
  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian rolls 12-count
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced onion for topping
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. Brown ground beef and onions, then drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in cheese and crumbled bacon until melted and combined.
  5. Slice rolls horizontally and layer beef mixture on the bottom halves.
  6. Replace tops and brush with butter mixture made from butter, mustard, Worcestershire, onions, and poppy seeds.
  7. Cover and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more until golden brown.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Add pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor. Great for parties or meal prep!
